At Johnny Style we make every possible attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the true availability of stock. Sometimes an item shown to be available online may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and, based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or your entire order.
As our orders are processed and dispatched quickly, we could be unable to cancel or change any details in your order once it has been placed. Our processing time for an order is approximately 48 hours. If you have any problems with your order, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. Please be advised that you also have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
We at Johnny Style hope you love your new purchase. Please let us know if you are unhappy, and we will happily exchange, credit note or refund your purchase. Your item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. For full-priced items, we are happy to exchange your product for a different size in the same style as originally ordered. Due to limited availability, we are unable to exchange for different styles or products.
Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. If a full priced item has a promotional code applied to it, this does not qualify it as a sale item unless specified by the terms of the promotion.
All returns or exchanges must be posted to the address below with a copy of our downloadable return/exchange form attached.

Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. The coverage of return postage costs must be approved by Johnny Style – Customer Care staff prior to return of item(s).
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact Johnny Style – Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending it back. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.
All returns are subject to the below conditions:
Items must be returned to Johnny Style within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be in original condition, with all tags intact. Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products or similar will not be accepted.
All items should be returned in their original tissue paper (if any came with the product).
Please note that, in the absence of any fault, returns are not available for any sports bras due to hygiene reasons.
What defines faulty?
Goods that have been wrongly described.
Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered.
Goods that do not do what they are supposed to.
Goods that have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
